Making A Purchase

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please note - The cut off time for orders to be processed by is 12pm Monday to Friday.
Orders received by us after 12pm will be processed on the next working day. Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie Monday with the exception of a bank holiday (UK).

We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash or cheque with order, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Paypal. We regret we are unable to despatch goods until paid for or offer a customer collection service.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post, email or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by product and are clearly detailed on the shopping cart and checkout pages of the store.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery is normally made within 2-7 working days. Delivery charges are as follows;

Standard delivery mainland UK £20.00 + VAT
Standard delivery Scottish highlands/Offshore islands £27.50 + VAT

When a request is made for delivery in a particular time window or on a certain day, every effort will be made to achieve the request. However no liability is accepted if delivery cannot be made in that time window/day. We regret we cannot guarantee a delivery time using our regular transport.

Deliveries are made to a ground floor address between the hours of 5.00am to 5.00pm. When delivering we do not take product out of packaging or assemble. If you have requested & paid for our on site assembly service this is carried out separately by a third party contractor.

Deliveries are made on the assumption that suitable free of charge parking is available in close proximity to the delivery point. We deliver product using 7.5 tonne vehicles so we need to be informed prior to delivery of any width, height or weight restrictions that may prevent the delivery from being made.

When taking delivery we ask you to inspect for any outwardly visable signs of damage to the product or it's packaging. If you suspect any damage or any damage is evident you should refuse delivery. We will not accept liability for any product which is signed for by you & later found or reported to be damaged. Signing for product "unchecked" or "unexamined" will not be accepted.

On site Assembly service
This service is carried out on behalf of 3WM by a third party contractor. If you have selected this service the contractor will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time/date for assembly of your furniture.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.

Credit Card Security

Online credit card transactions are processed by Protx and / or Paypal secure servers. We do not capture card details on our own site. If you give us your card details directly they are destroyed once payment has been made. We do not retain your card details in any format.

Guarantee

Missing / Faulty components
Where components are found to be missing or faulty then we will replace the items for you rather than you needing to return the whole item. We will post them to you by first class post. Privacy Policy

3WM do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

3wm do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). (Other than to advise registered customers of order confirmation details, their order status, forgotten login names & passwords & provide them with our ongoing customer loyalty discount codes & promotions).

3WM confirms that it conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Returns Policy

Not required items
As we are selling from an online catalogue, some 'not required' returns are inevitable.

We will only accept product for return that is less than 14 days old and is suitable for re-sale. (i.e. is in a condition that you would be happy to receive from us.) You must arrange for the product to be returned to us at your own cost. We can make this arrangement on your behalf but we will make a return shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge made. If the product returned is re-packed in the original, unblemished packaging, then we will credit you at 90% of the value that we invoiced less the original shipping cost. If the product returned is not repacked by you into the original, unblemished packaging, (e.g. an assembled chair) then we will credit you at 75% of the value that we invoiced less the original shipping cost. The product itself MUST be in a perfect condition that makes it immediately suitable for re-sale. If the product is unsuitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to refuse to credit and return the product to you.
